Can't load into Minecraft on iOS devices, when loaded on Xbox my market place things are not there or skins, and no realms

I can't load Minecraft onto my phone. Everytime I go to sign into my account (after deleting and re downloading the app) it glitches out, freezes, and won't let me do anything.
