I cannot make a new Xbox live account without my screen freezing over.

This is an issue I cannot fix I had to delete Minecraft before and redownload it to the iPad. Because it was freezing my screen over in my older Xbox live account so I deleted it and decided to redownload and try again but now I cannot even create a new Xbox live account.
