When logged in to Microsoft account, screen freezes after a few second

When I'm back home, I'm so excited to connect my PS4 controller to my iPad and play mcpe server. And when I joined the server, it go all nothing wrong, but after a few minutes it just lagged out and froze the screen. I realized that when I connected to my Xbox account and it freeze but nothing wrong when I’m not connected to my Xbox account... I tried to redownload the app, tried to shutdown and on the device, tried to reset all the datas, tried to erase the device and start as a new device, but it all doesn't work.. I'm so scared and please help me because I wanna play with my friends..
