PS4 'already logged in on another account' bug

I am trying to log into my Microsoft account on my PS4 however, whenever I successfully log in it only stays logged in for a few seconds and then signs me out. It gives me a message saying my Microsoft account is already linked to a different PS4 account (it isn't), and no  matter how many times I try it gives me the same message. I have tried deleting saved data, un-installing and then re-downloading Minecraft, changing gamer tags, changing passwords, and even creating a brand new Microsoft account, but it gives me the same message every time. I know many people in the same situation and nothing seems to work. Any advice?
