Inventory deleted

The game freezes when i have switch things from a chest to my inventory and when i restarted the game, the things that i have switched have desappeared. I lost a stack of wood, my mending/smite sword, my mending/silk touch pickaxe, my mending/silk touch shovel, my mending/silk touch/sharpness axe and my mending/power bow. I have lost all the best things that i have and it makes me feel extremely angry because that’s not the first time that these types of things happened and that’s not normal at all. Do something.
