What I expected to happen was...:
That the chests/signs stay the way they where

What actually happened was...:
The chests/signs turned black.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. When you light up TNT, ALL the CHESTS and SIGNS turn BLACK. It doesn't have to be next to them, just when you blow up TNT ANYWHERE in the world, ALL of them turn black.
NOTE!!! For this to work, the TNT MUST BE VISIBLE ON THE SCREEN, otherwise it won't work!
2.When you let gravel/sand fall, ALL the CHESTS and SIGNS turn BLACK.
NOTE!!! For this to work, the gravel/sand MUST BE VISIBLE ON THE SCREEN, OTHERWISE it won't work!
This bug is in creative AND in survival.
