Mob spawning problems

Playing in seed 1388582293 Survival/Peaceful or Easy.

Even though I have place glow stone every seven blocks for a 50 block radios around my village  and in the water mobs are still spawning every night.

Also mobs are not spawning in a totally unlit cave.

I am at the village by the spawn point and have remade some houses and left other alone and built my own houses.
