Unable to connect to world

My friend and I have a problem with minecraft on ps4. We tried for a long time to play together in one world and after a long time we still got it. But the next day, we decided to continue playing, and then failure awaited us. When trying to join each other, minecraft gave an error "Unable to connect to the world". We tried all evening and we didn’t succeed.

• All our ports are open.

• We login to the Microsoft account

• We tried to remove the game and create a new world.

We are very upset. A huge request to solve the problem as soon as possible !!!
