Mobs Don't Spawn in Mob Farms

In my mob farm, there are no mob spawns since I updated to the builds since the first one. Also in my nether reactor and my mines are lighted up, and i don't think that much mobs can spawn anywhere else to the point where there are no mob spawns in my mob farm.
