i have a bug in my packs

i got a bug in my packs  and everytime i delete it. it keeps coming back so i cant do anything else and i delete everything thats on minecraft my worlds and my packs and when i try to DL them back its telling me there not enough storage and everything is empty all i know its this bug thats cause all of this please fix this and here pic to show you the bug PLEASE FIX!!
