PS4 connection probleme and PC backup probleme

I can't log in to my Microsoft account on my PS4. Every time I try to log in it puts me the following error message: failed the connection, we have not managed to connect to your Microsoft account. Also this afternoon I was playing Minecraft on my PC and then all of a sudden it disconnectmed me, when I reconnected and I went back to my world there were no more backups
