Mining fatique spams like crazy/glitched guardian

When i near my ocean monument an elder guardian is glitched in the walls on top of the monument. I can see it's tail and fins spasm out of the walls, but am not able to attack it. Also, and most important is that when i drink milk and mining fatigue is undone it takes less than a second before i get spammed with mining fatigue again. And i have absolutely no way to raid the monument. Also i’m playing minecraft pocket edition version 13.2 if i’m not mistaken. Latest version on IOS
