Resuelvan este bug

There are two mistakes one of when you play with friends the skins are changed to the nearest player and that bothers a lot the second mistake is that when I get into the game I get and I have to retry until that I grab and in my account there is an error that the servers do not leave me and the store does not load that error happens to me often it tells me error. 0 please help me
