lots of bugs

1. diffrent time on local server multiplayer via galaxy tab 3 and nextbook
2. pictures aren't visible when on minecart
3. cant see signs
4. far viewing not loading fast
5. d-pad and items malfunctioning on nextbook only? like qui turns on and off
