You can place torches on farmland and dirt path.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Till dirt or grass.
2. Hold a torch and press the place button while looking at the farmland.

Observed Results:
The torch is placed on the farmland.

Expected Results:
The torch should not be placed on the farmland or it should be placed, but the farmland reverts to dirt.
