Odd graphical glitch

I was playing on my realm yesterday. My entity count was high (efficient Blaze farm), and I switched to my discord app, switched back to Minecraft, and was greeted with this rendering error. It went away after I rebooted the game,  and my husband (also on same Realm) did not experience this.
