World error.

Just a few hours from version 1.14.1 I entered my world to have a good time, I wanted to find the end and what I did was copy the world and in the copied world look for the end in creative, and after finding it, I made a portal and I wanted to go to my house, after leaving the nether, I saw the big holes and there was no mother stone. Then I entered the original world and thought that everything would be normal, but I see that the original world was the same, it had the same holes. I'm holes were not before, I do not know why, if it is an error in the version or was to copy the world, but I think the original world should not be like this, I hope you can help me and my world returns to normal .
