my xbox account resets and gets off

so, there is sometimes that i enter in the game and then it says to me to enter, because it gets off my account automatically, then it enters automatically, but then it resets my skin+ before it enters it considers i am just a normal player without xbox account + here´s the another part, everytime i enter my skin that syncronize resets and turn into steve
