Sound broken

Since I first installed the game I have this problem, at first I thought it was from playing with ps4 people but it also happens in my own world

The problem is that the sound is basically broken, there are many sounds that I do not hear for example when I shoot with a bow, when I walk on stone, when I walk on grass I hear the sound badly etc etc ...
I've been looking for solutions and I haven't found anything, the only thing I've tried is to repair the application and uninstall and install it.

 

My headphones are G433 and my pc is new so ...
