Ps4 bedrock skin won’t load

My Minecraft will constantly fail to load skins and resource packs...

 

I would log in, the game signs me in, and notification would pop up and say the skins failed to load 3 and 4.

And after my recent log in, the error is not showing up, and the skins are gone...
