Maps don't appear to be lit when swimming/crawling in one block gaps

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Dig out a 1-block high tunnel
2. Use water to start swimming and enter the tunnel
3. Place a torch inside the tunnel
4. Open a map

Observed Results:
The map appears dark.

Expected Results:
The map should appear lit.
