Purchase of Skyblock quarry counter is no longer activated

on 02.01.2020 I bought the Skyblock quarry counter. This was also initially activated. After yesterday there were problems with the app and I had to reinstall it, my purchase is no longer activated. I am logged into the game with my Microsoft account, but my purchase could not be restored. How do I get my purchase activated again?
