Bugs with the achievements

I have made some achievements on off and have not been unlocked, but after I redid it, since the Internet has no Xbox account, and they have not been completed either. One was very easy: use a lava filter as fuel in a furnace. But it is bugged and has not been unlocked. The other achievements are normal. You have an achievement that needs another, in this case: kill the Witter and activate a beacon at the maximum level. I have a headlight, but not a witter.
