Villages spawn with no houses, only workstations.

When playing in Minecraft, I came across a village with only workstations. I later made a new survival world to play with my friends and I noticed the same thing. This led to villages not having any villagers. I do realize that this has happened on Java Edition. However the problem claims to be fixed, and I’m on bedrock.
