My Minecraft PS4 edition skins did NOT transfer over from there to Bedrock.

After logging in to Minecraft for the first time after bedrock came to PS4 my skins did not transfer over. These are skins that I paid for and used which I have had my access to denied. I was not given coins in the market place and have no skins. My worlds transferred fine but nothing else.
