Texture/Skin packs disappeared but coin purchases are still on account

I haven't played minecraft in a few weeks. I log in and since this recent update, all of my purchased skin and texture packs are gone. There is nothing in "my pack" any longer. All I can see is the purchases of the coins I made, but all of the texture and skin packs I purchased with the coins are gone. I would like to have my texture and skin packs reinstated, I should not have to repurchase things I have already paid for.
