Template issue

My world started messing up while I was playing, ie. the tools wouldn't work, the sun wouldn't set. So I restarted the xbox and a lock symbol was displayed in front of my world. When I click on the world, it says my template has expired and I need to go to the marketplace to redownload it. However, I have never downloaded any template and when I click on the marketplace button to see what it's even talking about, it won't load. So, my world remains locked. This happened after the 1.15 update.
