Cactus when it grows next to a block it doesnt update so the cactus is next to a block

*What I expected to happen was when the cactus grew it would pop off to the side

*What actually happened was it stayed next to the block and didnt update until i placed another block by it

Steps to Reproduce:
1. put a cactus down on sand and wait ungil it grows
2. put a block a block higher and over one and wait for the cacti to grow
3. when the cactus grows it is by a block so it SHOULD OF popped off but it didnt
