Archer - Kill a creeper with arrows - crossbow doesn't count

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create a new world with achievements enabled
2. Craft a crossbow and some arrows
3. Find a creeper
4. Kill the creeper using the crossbow

Observed Results:
The "Archer" achievement does not unlock.

Expected Results:
The achievement should be unlocked.

I haven't unlocked the Archer achievement on Xbox One. The description says "Kill a creeper with arrows", but I've killed a creeper using my crossbow and haven't received the achievement.
