Why is my minecraft players skin sticking its arms out

I was playing spitscreen with my brother and awhile later while we were downstairs going back on my player was showing no sign of movement of legs or arms. so I rejoined and then my players arms were sticking out. so we restarted Minecraft and it didn't fix. then we restarted the xbox and it still was sticking arms out like a zombie! I rejoined like 5 times but it never fixed it. please tell me what I should do.
