Random sound plays when right-clicking armor stand with empty hand

The bug

When interacting with (right-clicking on) an armor stand, some kind of thumping sound plays despite nothing happening.

How to reproduce

1. Place an armor stand.
2. In survival or creative mode, right-click on it repeatedly while holding nothing.
