Unable to log in to Microsoft

Whenever I try to log in I get an error message saying “failed to log in: we tried to sign up into your Microsoft account not something went wrong”. I’ve deleted Minecraft and refunded, restarted my WiFi, restarted my PlayStation, everything is up to date. I just can’t sign in
