I lost all of my customization items that I had used my mine coins to get.

Hi, A bug has recently affected my account. I spent some mine coins on customizing my character. After a week or so, when I went to go select my character, the character kept on loading and I was not able to select it. In addition, I also had spent a lot of mine coins on the character. I ended up losing access to all of the customization items I recently had. If you can, can you please find a way to fix this bug.
