Minecraft stops loading at the Minecraft screen and does not move

When loading Minecraft on our PC the game goes past the Mojang screen and loads up the Minecraft loading screen then stops loading.

 

I have found a temporary fix if you open task manager and select Minecraft tab expand it and close the runtime broker this lets the game finish loading.

 

But my daughter is too young to understand this and I need a perm fix please.
