Observers create a pulse when placed down

Bug:

Observers create a pulse when placed down (Video 1)

What should happen:

When the observer is placed down, there is no update, shown in video 2 (I used a barrier block in front of the piston to show that it won’t ‘update’ when an observer is placed down)

Why should that happen:

On java, observers don’t create a pulse when placed down. This is useful for building with redstone, because when you place down an observer a contraction could activate and break it.
