Phasing Blocks

It seems like outer layers of blocks are only partially rendering at longer distances. When approaching, most noticeable in trees and in structures.

When either flying or walking, looking at a tree the leaf blocks seems to allow you to see the full stack of wood blocks. Or with a structure I built I could see the position of my chests and other items next to the walls.

This seems to be a problem on view distances that are not maxed out.

Setting the view distance to position 1, 2, or 3 seems to cause this.
