Duplicate Bone Meal

Within the creative menu, under the vegetation tab there are two Bone Meal.

What I expected to happen was...:
To open menu and only have one Bone Meal to choose from.

What actually happened was...:
There are two options to choose when wanting Bone Meal: One with the vegetables and one at the end with the dyes.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open the Creative Menu
2. Switch to the top vegetation tab
3. Observe the two possibilities of Bone Meal to choose from
