PS4 No longer logs into Microsoft account.

I can't transfer screenshots from PS4 to PC (don't know how). On 12/28/19 my PS4 stopped logging into my Microsoft account. This feature (required for crossplay) was working perfectly and it doesn't give any details. "We tried to sign into your Microsoft account, but something went wrong." is all it says.
