Minecraft PE 2nd Birthday Skin Pack not usable in multiplayer but 1st Birthday Skin Pack is usable on multiplayer

The 2nd Birthday Skin Pack is not usable in multiplayer but 1st Birthday Skin Pack is usable on multiplayer. I hope Mojang fixes this issue soon.
