Can't Name Tag Wandering Traders

I can not name a Wandering Trader at all. When I am Holding A Name Tag in My Hand It doesn't give me the option to Name. Only the Trade Button Appears not the Name Button. And If I Hold My Finger On Wandering Trader. It take Me To The Trading Menu. I Can Only Name Wandering Lamas. Also Sneaking Doesn't Help.
