Mob spawners became empty and do not spawn mobs anymore.

Recently, the mob spawners in my world have stopped working. They appear empty and don't spawn any mobs, making my farms useless. This bug has also affected Blaze spawners in the Nether. I am experiencing this issue on the Nintendo Switch.
