Purchased skin pack is empty

I purchased the Battle & Beasts 2 skin pack on Playstation 4 and now when I go into it in the Minecraft Store or in my packs list none of the skins load as if the entire skin pack is empty. The skin previews don't show up and there is a lock icon at the bottom where each skin should be. I've tried rebooting the game several times and I've checked a few times over a couple days to see if it would correct itself but it's still not showing up.
