Bees can spawn on the other side of an opaque block,despide other side being free

Bees can also spawn like this(0s are the hive,1s are the opaque blocks,2s are bee spawn points)

I want this fixed because this can result in my bees outside my farm. I want them spawning only on non-obstructed sides(even if blocked by 1 layer)
