Player 2 skin doesn't use walk animation when on player 1 screen

Whenever I play with a friend with splitscreen. I'm noticing player 2 character not moving the arms and legs when player 2 is moving around in player one side of the screen. Its normal on player 2 screen. But the legs and arms doesn't move on player 1 screen
