Lucky blocks

I play on ps4 just bought kingdom lucky blocks and winter lucky blocks I opened them one time now can not open them again along with the whole game crashing when trying to load up the first time opened. Now I cannot even use the templates. I click the template it loads for a minute then goes back to the menu.
