Unable to get into the marketplace.

I’m trying to get my gift today, as it’s Christmas day, however when ai go to open it it loads for a few seconds and then Minecraft crashes. I have deleted a bunch of worlds as well as uninstalled Minecraft and reinstalled it. It still does the same thing, unfortunately.
