Frozen II Template Won’t Initiate

Purchased the “Minecraft Frozen II” Template from the Minecraft Store and downloaded. When I click “Create New” then “Frozen”,  the “Initiating World Template” window pops up, loads for a few seconds, then closes and returns to the “Create...” screen. 

Troubleshooting steps I’ve tried:

1. Going to Minecraft Store, confirmed Frozen II template states “owned”
2. Clicking “Create this World!” from the Minecraft Store produces same results as above
3. Rebooting PS4
4. Logging out of Microsoft Account and logging back in
5. Creating new game saves with other templates work fine

I was able to successfully create the Frozen World when testing it before showing my daughters before Christmas, but after I deleted that test world I haven’t been able to create a new one.
