The blocks and crops that i broke disappeared and i couldn't collect them

I tried taking the berries from the bush, and they disappeared, so did the droppings from crops, and blocks that I broke. I created my world around a year ago, and the bugs were always there and got fixed. This one was only in the hotfix. My Hotbar also had an empty slot, and nothing went in it
