Marketplace ratings get zeroed out

When you first look at a Marketplace pack, the star rating appears normal:

But when you scroll down to see the distribution of the rating levels, it shows 0 for everything:

And when you scroll back up again, it now shows 0 ratings at the top:

The 0 ratings persist until you restart Minecraft.
