"Shot by arrow" instead of "shot by (name)"

When a player or tamed animal dies due to an arrow shot by another player, it always says "shot by arrow" instead of "shot by (name)" But on other versions of minecraft (java/legacy console edition) it always says "shot by (name)"

 

This affects all bedrock platforms
